
Many have asked me what a typical day is like for eating clean. So, here it is.
When I awaken each morning, I drink 8-16 ounces of filtered, non-fluoridated water (not bottled from the store) to get the digestive system prepared for nutrients. I usually wait 15-30 minutes before consuming anything next.
This will vary from day to day depending on some variables but here is a typical day example. I am not recommending to eat everything listed below every day. ;-)
Most food (as much as possible) consumed is organic, non-GMO. Not only are the toxins reduced greatly but the food tastes better and usually has a significantly higher nutrient count being organic. Usually spacing out 30-45 minutes apart from different food combinations. The space in between below means it is consumed separately.

Morning:
16-24 ozs. filtered, non-fluoridated water (I soak the rinds from the previous days lemons and limes in water overnight and use them the entire day)
This awakens the digestive system preparing for nutrient absorption
8-16 ozs. Homemade water kefir flavored with a second ferment with the fruit of your choice
1 Apple (with Ceylon Cinnamon) or Banana
1/4-1/2 Cantaloupe
4-6 dried Apricots
2-3 dried Figs, Dates, and/or Prunes
7-10 whole walnuts (consume separately- see phyticacid)
12-15 whole almonds
1 Grapefruit, 1 Orange, 4-5 Calamondins, or 1 Tangerine
Drink an additional 8-16 oz filtered non fluoridated water

Midday Green Goddess Smoothie:
1 tbsp Chlorella
1 tbsp Spirulina
1 tbsp Kelp Powder
1 tbsp Moringa Powder
1 Banana
2 tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Maca Powder
1/16-1/4 tsp borax (detox pineal gland)***
***While detoxifying the body, you may want to consider smaller measurements of each item or only using some of the items. Detoxing too quickly can cause headaches and other discomforts similarly to coming up from scuba diving too qucikly**** especially with the borax
1 tbsp Chlorella
1 tbsp Spirulina
1 tbsp Kelp Powder
1 tbsp Moringa Powder
1 Banana
2 tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Maca Powder

Midday smoothie (cont):
Dandelion leaves
Thistle leaves
Wild Geranium leaves (occasionally)
2 tbsp Hemp Powder
Purslane (occasionally)
Aloe Vera (occasionally)
Add filtered water to fill line

Mid Afternoon Guacamole (Feeds 2-4 people):
3 Avocados
1 Tomato
2-3 tbsp chopped Cilantro
1/2-1 Lime squeezed (place rind in water or kombucha)
1/2-1 Lemon squeezed (place rind in water or kombucha)
1/2-1 Onion diced
4-6 cloves of Garlic
Add Himalayan Salt to taste
Drink 8-16 ozs homemade Kombucha
1/4-1/2 Pineapple
3-4 slices of fresh ginger

Early Evening Salad (feeds 2-4 people):
2-3 Cups Spinach, Kale, Bok Choy, Arugula, and/or Chard
3-4 Sliced baby Portbello mushrooms
1 Whole Tomato
1/4 cup currants or raisins
2 stalks chopped Celery
lightly steamed broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, and/or carrots
(2 minutes)
1/2 Cucumber
Himalayan Salt and Pepper
Add a splash or two of Kombucha or Apple Cider Vinegar with a tbsp of liquid coconut oil ( combine together first)
Stir it up and let it sit in the frig for 30 minutes to an hour (the natural juices will be pulled out of the veggies and a delicious dressing will be all over your salad).
Drink 8-16 oz Filtered, non-fluoridated water.


1 Sweet Potato and 1 Beet (chopped and baked in Coconut Oil) with Rosemary and Onion
Drink 8-16 oz Filtered Water

Final course: Soup
2-3 Cups of your preference of Lentils, Kidney Beans, Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), Mung Beans, Pinto Beans, etc. (soaked overnight is preferred) See phytic acid
2 Chopped Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1/4-1/2 Onion
1-2 tsp Turmeric
Add Himalayan Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste
Turmeric and fresh Pepper combine to make their medicinal properties even more powerful when together.
2-3 Cups of your preference of Lentils, Kidney Beans, Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), Mung Beans, Pinto Beans, etc. (soaked overnight is preferred) See phytic acid
2 Chopped Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1/4-1/2 Onion
1-2 tsp Turmeric
Add Himalayan Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste
Turmeric and fresh Pepper combine to make their medicinal properties even more powerful when together.


Pop some organic popcorn on the stove in some coconut oil. Avoid microwave popcorn as it contains carcinogens. Season how you like (I use Cinnamon, ground cloves, cayenne, Himalayan salt, garlic powder, ground coriander).
a warm cup of Chaga and Reishi tea is a great way to end the day.
