So, What do We Eat?
I dont have much time to prepare food...... I hear this so often....It's like people are trying to tell me they do not have time to BE healthy.
Where are our priorities?
Do we have anything if we don't have health and wellness? :-)
There are hundreds of options that do not require any food preparation time or cooking in any way. Most of the time, these are the healthiest choices for us as well. How would you like to cook less, have more free time and BE healthier all at once?

Eating Raw is the way our body will assimilate food the best. I recommend around 3/4 of your food to be raw and containing live enzymes. It is in the live enzymes that much of the truly rapid healing takes place.
