revelation- the act whereby God gives us knowledge about Himself which we could not otherwise know. The Bible itself is a revelation. God communicated with the prophets through revelation before the birth of Jesus. While Jesus was on the earth, He was a revelation. Once He died and was resurrected, He continued to be a revelation to all believers. Now, the power of the revelation dwells inside believers as we are in union with Christ. He abiding in us and we abiding in Him. Awesome!
