Temptation
Temptation comes from the carnal mind. The original misjudgment (sin) that ocurred in the garden was the thought that mankind can do
anything apart from God. Relying on self rather than total dependence on Papa. Jesus had a carnal mind and was tempted by it in the wilderness. ♥
Matthew 4:1-11, 'Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil (carnal mind). The devil is simply referring to a mindset.
