Is repentance the same as asking for forgiveness?

Repent has been translated from the Greek word, metanoia, which means change your mind. ♥

Change your mind, Father is not mad at you. Change your mind and see yourself how God sees you. Change your mind and KNOW your true identity. ♥ Change your mind and understand Papa's love for ALL of His creation: sons and daughters! ♥ Change your mind and KNOW you were forgiven before you were even born. Change your mind and the REST will follow. ♥
