Knowing God
To know God is to love Him.
Colossians 1:9, "...ask that you be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding."
Knowing God is knowing Jesus. God came to earth in the flesh as Jesus. Jesus is the Word of God. God sent His Son to show us what kind of God He is.
John 1:14, " And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth."
He is a God of love, compassion, grace, kindness, mercy, strength, wisdom, redemption, peace, hope, light, salvation and all that is GOOD. He is all and is in all.
1 John 4:7, " Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God."
Our relationship with God starts with love. Our relationship with God starts with Jesus. Everything else flows from that constant waterfall of living water. <3 Our relationship with God is SEEing the
