A New Creation

2 Corinthians 5:17, Paul writes, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come."


Some versions say, 'new creation'.  In Christ consciousness we are a new creation.  Not the same creation being changed or updated....we are completely made new!  A clean slate from birth. No grace required.  No forgiveness needed.  We are PURE; the spotless lamb just like Christ.  We are ONE.

For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 
1 Corinthians 15:22

These are mindsets.

In Romans 6, Paul describes us as dead to sin and alive to God.  Romans 6:6, Paul writes, "knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for he who has died is freed from sin."  Paul continues in verse 14, "For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace."   :-)
